Shipping:
We offer free shipping within the EU for orders over 100 euro's.  For shipments within the Netherlands we charge a 4,95 fee for shipping under 100 euro's. For the rest of the EU orders beneath 100 euro's are charged with an additional 12,05.

Returns:
We hope all our garments live up to their expectations, but if you do need to return an order, we’re here to help. Just email us at info@fujin.nl directly with your order number and we’ll take you through the process. You can return your parcel unused and in the original packing within 30 days. Note that shipping costs are not being refunded.

Exchange:
Unfortunately we can’t exchange any shoes, if you would like a different model or size you can place a new order at our webstore.

Customs:
Please note that international orders outside of the EU our prices are excluding custom fees and all additional taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Incorrect address or non-shipped parcel:
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

Faulty garment:
In the rare occasion that your garment tears or breakds down within a 12 month period. We will replace the garment free of cost. Or refund your payment as soon as possible. Please e-mail us at info@fujingravelwear.com with your order number and photo's of the complaint.
